If you're having trouble follow these steps:
Type the city name into the textbox, and then scroll down the list to choose the city and state in the pulldown. (if the city has a lot of entries add additional context with the state name as well) Once populated with the city name, the pulldown populates with those cities alphabetically by state.
If you're still having a problem, try refreshing your page.
Finally, if neither of those suggestions work, please log out and log in again to make sure your login hasn't expired.
