I'm having trouble saving changes to my vendor store. How do I clear my browser history?

Sometimes your browser hangs on to old information, which can cause things to load incorrectly or not update right away. Clearing your cache or browsing history gives your browser a fresh start and often fixes common issues.

When should I try this?

  • A page isn’t loading correctly

  • Changes aren’t showing up

  • Buttons or links aren’t working as expected

How to clear your cache

Choose the browser you’re using and follow the steps below:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner

  2. Select SettingsPrivacy and security

  3. Click Clear browsing data

  4. Check Cached images and files

  5. Click Clear data

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu

  2. Select SettingsPrivacy

  3. Click Manage Website Data

  4. Click Remove All

Safari (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll to Safari

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data

Firefox

  1. Click the three lines in the top-right corner

  2. Select SettingsPrivacy & Security

  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data

  4. Click Clear Data

Good to know

  • This won’t delete your Homegrown account or orders

  • You may need to log back in after clearing your cache

  • When in doubt, restarting your browser afterward helps too
