Once you’ve finalized your cart, the next step is checkout! This guide walks you through the checkout process, including selecting pickup locations and dates, entering payment details, and confirming your order.


How to Complete Your Checkout

1. Access Your Cart and Review Your Order

  • Click the cart icon 🛒 in the top right corner to open your cart.

  • A drawer will appear showing carts for each vendor.

  • Locate the vendor cart you want to check out with and click "View Cart."

  • Review your selected items, including:

    • Product details (name, quantity, and vendor).

    • Subtotal (before taxes and fees).

    • Pickup location and available pickup dates.

💡 Fun Fact: Each vendor has a separate cart, so you’ll need to check out with them individually—just like at a farmers market! 🌿


2. Select a Pickup Location and Date

  • If the vendor has multiple pickup locations, choose one from the available list.

  • Select an available pickup date (most vendors offer dates up to two weeks out).

  • Pickup locations and schedules are set by the vendor.

🚀 Pro Tip: If the available pickup locations and dates don’t fit your schedule, you can contact the vendor directly to see if they have alternative options.


3. Enter Your Payment Details

  • Select a saved payment method or add a new credit card.

  • All payments are securely processed, and your card will be authorized but not charged until the vendor confirms your order.

  • Only one payment method can be used per transaction.

4. Review and Confirm Your Order

  • Before placing your order, double-check:

    • Pickup Location & Date: Make sure it works for your schedule.

    • Taxes & Fees: Sales tax is calculated based on your pickup location.

    • Final Total: This includes item costs, tax, and the $0.99 service fee.

  • Check the box to agree to the vendor’s order policies.

  • Click "Place Order." 🎉


What Happens Next?

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase.

  • The vendor will review and confirm your order. Once confirmed, your card will be charged.

  • You can track your order status and message the vendor in My Account → Orders.

Can I make changes to my cart during checkout?

No, you’ll need to go back to your cart to make any changes before proceeding.

When is my payment charged?

Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged when the vendor confirms your order.

What if I don’t see a pickup date that works for me?

If none of the available pickup dates work for you, you can contact the vendor directly to discuss potential options.

Can I cancel my order after checkout?

You can request a cancellation if the vendor has not yet confirmed the order. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the vendor’s policy.
