Homegrown makes it easy to pick up your order at a location that works for you. Each vendor sets their own pickup locations and schedules, and this guide will help you understand how to select a pickup option when checking out.


How to Choose a Pickup Location and Date

1. Viewing Pickup Locations

  • Pickup locations are determined by the vendor and will be displayed in your cart.

  • If a vendor has multiple pickup locations, you’ll be able to select one from a dropdown list during checkout.

  • Locations may include:

    • Farmers Markets where the vendor sells.

    • Vendor-Owned Pickup Spots, such as a storefront or arranged meeting location.

💡 Fun Fact: Vendors can list their farmers market booths as a pickup spot, so you can grab your order while shopping for more local goodies! 🛍️


2. Choosing a Pickup Date

  • Once you select a location, the system will show available pickup dates based on the vendor’s schedule.

  • Most vendors offer pickup dates up to two weeks out, but availability varies.

  • You must select a pickup date before completing checkout.

🚀 Pro Tip: Some pickup locations may only be available on certain days (e.g., a vendor attending a weekend farmers market). Be sure to check the schedule carefully!


3. Can I Change My Pickup Details After Checkout?

  • Yes! If needed, you can reschedule your pickup after placing an order.

  • Go to My Orders, select your order, and look for the "Reschedule" option.

  • If pickup changes aren’t available in the system, you can message the vendor directly to request adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pick up my order at a different location after checkout?

If a vendor has multiple pickup spots, you may be able to switch locations after checkout (depending on availability). Contact the vendor if you need to make a change.

What if none of the pickup dates work for me?

If the available dates don’t fit your schedule, we recommend contacting the vendor directly to see if they can accommodate a different time.

Do vendors charge extra for pickup?

No! Pickup is always free, and vendors do not charge any additional fees for it.
