Managing Orders
The Orders tab in your Vendor Dashboard is where you’ll manage all your incoming orders. Here’s what you need to know to keep things running smoothly!
Understanding the Orders Tab
Your orders are organized into two main sections:
Active Orders – These are the orders you’re currently handling. You’ll see different sub-tabs:
All – Shows every active order.
New – Lists orders that just came in and haven’t been confirmed yet.
Processing – Orders you’re preparing for pickup.
Ready for Pickup – Orders that are packed and waiting for pickup.
Completed Orders – Orders that have been picked up and marked as complete.
Viewing and Managing Orders
Each order displays key details like:
Order Number
Date Placed
Shopper Name
Pickup Location
Total Price
Click on an order to see more details on the Order Status Page, which includes:
Pickup Details – Where and when the shopper will pick up their order (you can reschedule if needed!).
Order Summary – Order number, date, status, and a breakdown of costs.
Customer Details – The shopper’s name, contact info, and any notes they’ve added.
Messaging – You can send messages to your shopper right from the app (messages also go to their email!).
Returns History – If the customer has made returns before, you’ll see them here.
Processing an Order
Confirm the Order: Click Confirm Order to let the shopper know you’re preparing their items. This moves the order to Processing.
Get the Order Ready: Check the Fulfillment List, which includes:
Product Name & Quantity
Product Image
SKU and Variant (if applicable)
Ready for Pickup checkboxes
Mark as Ready for Pickup: Once everything is packed and checked, the Mark Order Ready for Pickup button becomes active. Clicking it moves the order to the Ready for Pickup tab.
Making Changes to an Order
Need to reschedule pickup? No problem! You can adjust the pickup time in the app, and the shopper will automatically get a notification.
Need to add a note or cancel an order? Click the three-dot menu next to Confirm Order or Mark Order Ready for Pickup to:
Leave a note for your own reference.
Cancel the order (this will notify the shopper).
Completing an Order
Confirm Pickup: Once the shopper picks up their order, click Complete Order to wrap it up.
Get Paid: Marking the order complete kicks off the payout process.
Order Moves to Completed: You’ll always have a record of completed orders in the Completed Orders tab.
That’s it! With these steps, you’ll stay on top of your orders and keep your customers happy. If you ever need to make changes or communicate with shoppers, everything is built right into your dashboard.
