Vendors: On the Order Status page, you'll see 3 dots just above the Order Summary box. You'll be able to leave and view a note for yourself there. Once the order is marked complete, you won't be able to access that note.

Shoppers can add a note to the vendor on their order page during checkout. Vendors can see those notes in the customer details box on the order screen.
