Welcome to your Vendor Dashboard! This is your hub for managing your store, connecting with shoppers, and tracking your store’s performance. Here, you can share updates, answer shopper questions, add photos, post events, and keep an eye on your stats.
Let’s walk through the key tools available to you.
Note: As we continue to make updates on the Vendor App, we recommend that you set up your account using the web app and use the Vendor App for managing your store.
Share Your Profile
Want to spread the word about your store? The Share Your Profile button makes it easy to invite more shoppers to check out your storefront. First you need to link your social media accounts.
Link Your Social Media Accounts
From the Vendor Profile page, click the Social tab to access the social media set up page.
Add the link to your website and social media handles. These icons will appear on your Vendor page when you add the following information:
Website: Enter the full URL, including http:// or https://
Instagram: Enter your Instagram username, like findhomegrown
Twitter: Enter your Twitter username, like findhomegrown
TikTok: Enter your TikTok username, like findhomegrown
YouTube: Enter your YouTube user, starting with @, like @findhomegrown
📌 Note: You may only use @, letters, numbers, and dashes like - and _.
How to Share:
Click "Share Your Profile" on your dashboard.
Choose where to share: Facebook, Pinterest, X (Twitter), or copy the link to share anywhere else.
Post your store link and attract more customers!
📌 Note: The link directs shoppers straight to your storefront page—not your personal profile.
On the Vendor App, you'll find the share icon in the upper right corner of the Home Page.
Answer Questions
Shoppers can leave questions on your store’s home page. Answering them helps build trust and can turn curious browsers into buyers!
How to Answer Questions:
Click the "Answer Questions" button on your dashboard.
Find a question you’d like to respond to.
Type your answer and submit.
Your answer will be public, helping not just the person who asked but also other potential shoppers!
🚨 Need to report an inappropriate question?
Click on the question.
Tap the three dots in the corner.
Select "Report."
🔹 Bonus: Your question will also be open for answers from the community, including other vendors and experienced shoppers.
Add a Post
Keep your customers in the loop by sharing updates about your store! Posts appear on your vendor homepage and let shoppers know what’s new.
How to Post an Update:
Click "Add Post."
Type your message (up to 1,000 characters).
Add an image (optional) to make it pop.
Decide how you want to post:
By default, posts show under your username.
Want to post as your store? Check the box to post as your vendor profile.
Click "Post"—and you're done!
💡 Pro Tip: If someone tags you in a post, you'll get an email notification.
Add Photos
A picture is worth a thousand words! Adding photos can entice shoppers to visit your store and showcase what makes your business special.
How to Add Photos:
Click "Add Photos."
Choose an image from your device.
Click "Upload."
📌 Things to Know:
Upload any high-quality image up to 20 MB.
You can delete photos after uploading, but you can’t rearrange them.
By default, photos show under your username. Want them to be store-branded? Check the box to post as your vendor profile.
Add an Event
Hosting a special event? Whether it’s a pop-up market, sale, or even your regular farmers market days, you can add events to let shoppers know when and where to find you.
How to Add an Event:
Click "Add Event."
Fill in the details:
Event Title
Description
Start Date & Time
End Date & Time
Select the event location from the dropdown menu. (Locations come from your Dashboard’s Locations tab.)
Click "Save."
Your events will show on your Marketplace Home Page under the Events tab.
Your Stats
Curious about how your store is performing? The Your Stats section gives you key insights into your storefront’s activity.
What You’ll See in Your Stats:
Profile Views (30 Days & Monthly) – See how many shoppers are checking out your store.
Favorites – Track how many people have saved your store.
How Often is Data Updated?
Daily & Monthly updates keep you in the know!

How to see the Vendor Storefront from the Dashboard
If you want to see your Vendor Storefront from the dashboard, click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner and choose View Storefront.
On a computer 💻 , you can also click Exit the Vendor Dashboard in the lower left corner to view your to your Vendor Storefront.
Vendor Profile vs. User Profile
It’s important to know that your Vendor Profile is separate from your User Profile.
User Profile: This is your personal shopper account.
Vendor Profile: This is where you manage your store and interact with shoppers.
How to Switch Between Profiles:
When you log in, you're automatically a shopper until you choose one of the Vendor buttons listed below. Here's how to access your vendor profile when you log in.
Switching profiles from the Homepage:
For computer 💻
Click the profile icon in the top menu on the Marketplace.
Choose Vendor Dashboard in the pulldown.
📌 Note: For quick access, click on the green store icon on the homepage.
For smart phone 📱
Click the 3 lines in the upper left corner to see the Actions Menu.
Choose Vendor Dashboard in the green box.
Switch to the Shopper profile from the Vendor Dashboard
On a computer 💻 , click the My Account link in the bottom of the Vendor Dashboard to access the Shopper profile.
On a phone 📱, click the 3 lines in the upper left corner, then choose My Account in the bottom of the page.
