Your Vendor Dashboard is where you run your store. Sign in at findhomegrown.com, then open the menu (your profile icon on a computer, the 3 lines in the top-left corner on a phone) and choose Vendor Dashboard.
It works the same in any browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. If you have an iPhone you can also use the Homegrown Vendor app, but you do not need it.
The Dashboard home page
When the dashboard opens you will see:
Share Your Profile – copies your store link so you can send it to customers. The full sharing tools are on the Share & QR page.
Orders – how many orders are outstanding and your total sales. New orders appear here.
Quick Actions – New Product and Add Event. These are the two things you can add from the home page.
Social Stats – profile views for the last 30 days and favorites this month. Click View More Stats for the full picture.
Homegrown does not have a posts feature or a photo gallery. There is no Add Post or Add Photos button anywhere in the dashboard. Photos belong on each product (Products page). To tell customers about a deadline, a market day, or a new batch, add an Event, or send a text or social post using the ready-made copy on the Templates and AI Tools pages.
The left-hand menu
Everything else lives in the menu on the left (tap the 3 lines on a phone). It is grouped into four sections.
SELL
Orders – your new, in-progress, and completed orders.
Products – add and edit products, photos, prices, and variants. How to add products.
Inventory – stock counts for the products you track.
Delivery – delivery areas, routes, and active deliveries. Setting up local delivery.
GROW
Get Sales – a step-by-step checklist to your first orders. The Get Sales checklist.
Share & QR – your store link and a printable QR code. Sharing your storefront link and QR code.
Templates – copy-and-paste texts, captions, and emails. Templates library.
AI Tools – description, social post, and pricing helpers. AI tools.
ENGAGE
Messages – conversations with shoppers about their orders. Messaging shoppers.
Events – market days, pop-ups, and sales you want shoppers to see. Each event is tied to one of your locations. Adding locations and events.
Questions – questions shoppers have left on your storefront. Your answers are public.
Vendor Community – the private Facebook group for Homegrown vendors.
MANAGE
Locations – where shoppers pick up: a market you attend, your farm stand, your porch. Adding locations.
Finances – balances, payouts, reserves, and your deposit account. Understanding your ledger.
Referrals – your referral link. When another vendor signs up through it, you both get a free month.
Business Profile – four tabs: Details (store name, description, avatar, banner), Business (legal name, tax ID, address), Settings (return policy), and Social (your website and social links).
Below those you will find HELP (chat with support) and My Account (your personal shopper account and your subscription).
Adding your website and social links
Go to Business Profile and open the Social tab. Add your website (the full address, starting with https://) and your usernames for Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube. Icons for each one appear on your storefront.
Vendor profile vs. shopper profile
Your vendor profile (the dashboard) and your personal shopper account are separate. When you sign in you start as a shopper.
To open the dashboard: on a computer, click your profile icon in the top menu and choose Vendor Dashboard. On a phone, tap the 3 lines in the top-left corner and choose Vendor Dashboard in the green box.
To go back to shopping: choose My Account at the bottom of the dashboard menu.
Seeing your store the way shoppers do
Open Share & QR and click your store link. That opens your dedicated storefront: your name, your logo, your products, with no marketplace menu around it.
