How do I add or update my payment method?

You can add or update your payment method anytime by visiting the Subscription page in your account settings.

To update your payment method from the Vendor Dashboard:

  • Choose My Account

  • Click View Subscription

  • Click Update Payment Method

To update your payment method from the public Vendor Page:

  • Click the profile icon

    • Choose My Account

    • Click View Subscription

    • Click Update Payment Method

Why is there a .01¢ credit on my checking account?

  • This is a verification deposit that happens when you update your deposit account. It’s just our ACH provider “verifying” your deposit account.

What if I don't add a payment method before my first month ends?

If you don't add a payment method before the end of your first month, your plan will be downgraded. This means:

  • Your products will no longer be available for selling

  • You will still have access your account

  • You will be able to communicate with customers, answer questions, and update your posts and events.

Can I upgrade back to a full subscription after being downgraded?

Yes! Click Updgrade Your Plan on your subscription page and follow the instructions. Once complete, your store will be reactivated with full selling capabilities.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

Yes! If you decide you don't want to sell on the platform, but want to maintain a presence on Homegrown, you can downgrade your plan. This will remove your products from the platform, but you can still access your account, communicate with customers, answer questions, and update your posts and events.

To downgrade your subscription from the Vendor Dashboard:

  • Choose My Account in the lower left corner

  • Click View Subscription

  • Click Downgrade Subscription

To downgrade your subscription from the public Vendor Page:

  • Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

    • Choose My Account

    • Click View Subscription

    • Click Downgrade Subscription

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your store will be removed from Homegrown, your pending orders will be cancelled, and your products will no longer be available for selling.

To Cancel your subscription from the Vendor Dashboard:

  • Choose My Account in the lower left corner

  • Click View Subscription

  • Click Cancel Subscription

To Cancel your subscription from the public Vendor Page:

  • Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

    • Choose My Account

    • Click View Subscription

    • Click Cancel Subscription

💡 Tip: If you'd like to keep a presence on Homegrown, you can choose to downgrade your subscription instead.
