Switching between monthly, annual, and Founding Vendor plans

How to change your subscription billing frequency or move to the six-month founding vendor offer.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your subscription settings. Annual billing saves you about 17% compared to month-to-month.

How to change your billing frequency

  1. Sign in to your vendor dashboard at findhomegrown.com/vendor

  2. Open Account β†’ Subscription

  3. Click Change Plan

  4. Pick monthly or annual and confirm

What happens when you switch

Monthly β†’ Annual: Your card is charged for the annual amount today. Your previous month's charge is prorated as a credit toward the annual total.

Annual β†’ Monthly: Your annual plan continues until your current annual term ends. At renewal, you'll be billed monthly going forward. We don't refund mid-term annual payments.

Switching to the Founding Vendor offer

If you signed up on a regular plan and you're eligible for the six-month Founding Vendor offer, contact support and we'll review your eligibility. We can typically move you over if no other vendor in your area has already claimed it.

Pausing or downgrading

Homegrown doesn't offer a paused or downgraded subscription tier. If you need to step away, the right path is usually to cancel your subscription β€” your store will keep your products, photos, and customer relationships frozen until you reactivate. See Can I cancel my subscription?
