If you're one of the first vendors in your area on Homegrown, your first six months are free through the Founding Vendor offer. After the six free months, your subscription continues at the standard plan rate you selected at signup.

The Founding Vendor offer is available to new vendors who are among the first in their geographic area to open a Homegrown store. There's no application form to fill out — eligibility is determined automatically based on your pickup location and existing vendor density in the area.

If you signed up and don't see the six-month offer applied, it usually means another vendor in your area has already claimed it. Reach out to support and we'll confirm your eligibility.

If you're eligible, you'll see the offer presented during signup at findhomegrown.com/promo/founding-vendor. The signup flow is the same three steps as a regular signup; the difference is the billing schedule on your account.

At the end of your six free months, your subscription continues at the standard plan rate you chose during signup ($10/month on the monthly plan or $12.50/month equivalent on the annual plan). You'll receive a billing reminder before the first paid charge. You can cancel any time during the free period without being charged.

If your account shows a 7-day free trial banner instead of six months free, the most common cause is that you started signup before the Founding Vendor offer was applied to your area, or another vendor in your area claimed the offer first. Contact support and we'll verify your account against the eligibility rules.

If you signed up on the standard plan but believe you qualify for the Founding Vendor offer, message support with your store name and pickup location. If you're eligible and the offer is still available in your area, we'll move you over.
