The Templates library inside your vendor dashboard gives you ready-to-use text messages, social media captions, and email copy that you can paste anywhere with minimal editing. It's there because most vendors say "I don't know what to write" — so we wrote it for you.
Where to find it
Open your vendor dashboard and find Templates in the GROW section of the left menu.
What's in the library
Filter with All, Text, Social, or Hashtags.
Text messages: Announce your store, This week's menu, New product alert, Last call, Thank you + reorder, Win-back, Referral ask, Seasonal / holiday, Market day, Pickup reminder.
Social posts: Store announcement, Product spotlight, Behind the scenes, Market day post, FAQ buster.
Hashtag packs: Baked goods, Farm / produce, Handmade / crafts.
Your store name, store link, and location fill in automatically. Bracketed bits like [product name] or [pickup day] are blanks for you to fill in.
How to use them
Find the template you want (each one is shown in full)
Click Copy to put it on your clipboard
Paste it into your text app, Instagram, or email — edit lightly so it sounds like you
Make them yours
The templates are starting points, not finished copy. Personalize with:
Your actual store name (most templates use a placeholder)
The specific product you're talking about
Real pickup details (location, day, time)
One sentence in your voice
Generic copy underperforms personal copy every time. The templates save you the blank-page problem; the personalization is what gets the click.
