Where to find it
Open your vendor dashboard and find Templates in the left navigation (or under the marketing tools section).
What's in the library
Launch announcement — text and social copy for the day you go live
Friends-and-family ask — short personal text for your first orders

How to use them
Click any template to expand the full copy
Click Copy to put it on your clipboard
Paste it into your text app, Instagram, or email — edit lightly so it sounds like you
Make them yours
The templates are starting points, not finished copy. Personalize with:
Your actual store name (most templates use a placeholder)
The specific product you're talking about
Real pickup details (location, day, time)
One sentence in your voice
Generic copy underperforms personal copy every time. The templates save you the blank-page problem; the personalization is what gets the click.
