Shoppers can leave reviews on your storefront after they've placed an order. Reviews appear on your store page and on individual products, helping new shoppers decide whether to buy.
How shoppers leave a review
After an order is fulfilled, shoppers receive a prompt to rate their experience and leave a written review. They can rate the product, the pickup experience, or both. Reviews require an actual order — random visitors can't leave a review without first completing a purchase.
Where reviews appear
On your storefront homepage as an aggregate rating with a count
On the individual product pages for products that have been reviewed
In shopper search results, where star ratings help shoppers compare vendors
How to view your reviews
Open your vendor dashboard and go to Reviews. You'll see all reviews left on your storefront, sorted by date. Each review shows the rating, the written feedback, the order it was tied to, and a timestamp.
Responding to a review
Click Reply on any review to post a public response. Replies are useful for thanking happy customers and addressing concerns transparently when something didn't go well. Responses are public — write them as if every future shopper will read them.
What if I get a negative or unfair review?
The best approach is almost always a calm, public reply that addresses the specific concern and offers to make it right. New shoppers reading reviews care more about how you handled an issue than that an issue happened.
If a review violates our guidelines (offensive language, spam, or content unrelated to the order), use the Report button on the review and we'll investigate. We don't remove reviews simply for being negative or critical — but we do remove reviews that aren't tied to a real order or that contain prohibited content.
Tips for getting more reviews
Include a printed thank-you note in pickup orders mentioning that reviews help your store grow
Reply to every review you get — shoppers see vendors who engage as more trustworthy
Don't offer discounts or freebies in exchange for reviews — that's against our guidelines and devalues honest feedback
