I have products in my inventory but my storefront is empty

Why products in your dashboard might not appear on your live storefront, and how to fix it.

If you can see products in your vendor dashboard but they're not showing on your storefront (or shoppers can't add them to cart), one of four things is usually happening: the product is saved as a draft, no pickup location is set, the product is out of stock, or your storefront isn't yet live.

1. Product is saved as a Draft, not Published

Each product has four buttons at the bottom of the edit form: Cancel, Save as Draft, Save, and Publish. Drafts and saved-but-unpublished products don't appear on your storefront β€” only published products do.

Open Products in your dashboard. Each row shows a status badge. Anything not marked Published is invisible to shoppers. Click a product, then click Publish.

2. No pickup location is set

Products need at least one pickup location to appear in shopper search. If your store has products but no locations configured, your storefront page may load but nothing will show as available for purchase.

Go to Account β†’ Locations and add at least one. See How to add pickup locations.

3. Product is out of stock

If you've set inventory tracking on a product and the count hits zero, the product hides from your storefront automatically. Check the inventory column on the Products page. Set a higher quantity (or turn off inventory tracking on that product) to make it visible again.

4. Your storefront isn't live yet

New stores go through a brief activation step. If you signed up in the last few hours and your store URL returns a "store not found" page, give it 15-30 minutes and try again. If it still doesn't load, message support with your store name.

How to test what shoppers see

The fastest way to confirm your storefront is set up correctly is to open your store URL in a private/incognito window. That bypasses any signed-in vendor view and shows you exactly what a shopper sees.
